The story

I built this for my own shop.

Who actually owns the agents and data? +

You do. Full stop. The agents run on your infrastructure or ours with your consent. Your ServiceM8, Xero, and customer data stays yours — I don't touch it, sell it, or share it. Full handover documentation at the end of month 6.

What happens after 6 months? Are there ongoing costs? +

After the 6-month build, you own the system. Ongoing costs are API usage (~$50-200/month depending on volume — AI model costs, SMS, etc.) and your existing tool subscriptions (ServiceM8, Xero). Optional maintenance retainer available if you want me on standby.

Do you guarantee results? +

If you haven't saved at least 10 hours a week of admin time by month 3, I keep working for free until you do. That's the guarantee. I can't guarantee revenue (your market, your pricing, your sales close rate) — but the time back is contractual.

What if ServiceM8 or another tool changes its API? +

Integrations are version-locked and monitored. If a provider breaks compatibility, I fix it as part of the 6-month build at no extra cost. After handover, minor maintenance is covered under the optional retainer.

I'm not technical. Will I actually be able to use this? +

Yes. You talk to Boss via text message — like texting a mate. The dashboard is one screen. Everything else runs in the background. I built this for myself and I'm a sparkie, not a developer.

What if I'm already on Tradify or AroFlo, not ServiceM8? +

Talk to me on the audit call. The agents are tool-agnostic — ServiceM8 is just what I built it on. Integrations with other job-management tools are possible; we'll scope it in the free 30-minute audit.
